Steven J. Seligman, CPA
Mr. Seligman was a founding partner of the firm Seligman, Cupersmith, Wilensky and Company, LLP in 1971. In October of 2006, Mr. Seligman, along with Mr. Joseph T. Tarquini III, created Seligman, Tarquini and Associates, LLC. Certified in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Mr. Seligman is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Seligman has vast experience in business succession planning as well as the buying and selling of businesses. He served for ten years as a director of a major South Jersey Bank. He now acts as a consultant in bank financing of businesses.
Mr. Seligman has diverse experience with clients in construction, manufacturing, law and medical practices, real estate and retail operations. Along with the other partners, Mr. Seligman provides compilation and review services, as well as tax preparation and consultation to the firm’s clients.
A 1960 graduate of the Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania, Steven holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.

Joseph T. Tarquini, III, CPA
Mr. Tarquini joined the firm Seligman, Cupersmith, Wilensky and Company, LLP in 1985 and was a partner from 1994 to October 2006. In October of 2006, Mr. Tarquini, along with Mr. Seligman, created Seligman, Tarquini and Associates, LLC. Certified in the State of New Jersey since 1987, Mr. Tarquini is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Tarquini has diverse experience with clients in construction, equipment leasing, manufacturing, law and medical practices, real estate, restaurant and retail operations. Mr. Tarquini provides audit, review and compilation services, as well as tax preparation and consultation to the firm’s clients.
Mr. Tarquini was awarded a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware in 1984.
Mr. Tarquini is the firm’s Managing Member and is also a member of the firm’s Quality Review department.

Robert E. Fenster, CPA
Mr. Fenster was an employee of the firm Seligman, Cupersmith, Wilensky and Company, LLP from 1995 to October 2006. In October of 2006, Mr. Fenster, along with Joseph D. DiRaddo CPA, joined Mr. Seligman and Mr. Tarquini as members of the newly formed firm. Certified in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since 1995, Mr. Fenster is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Pennsylvania Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Fenster has diverse experience with clients in construction, manufacturing, law and medical practices, real estate, retail and wholesale operations. Mr. Fenster provides audit, review and compilation services, as well as tax preparation and consultation to the firm’s clients.
Mr. Fenster was awarded a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Temple University in 1986.
Mr. Fenster is also member of the firm’s Quality Review department.

Joseph D. DiRaddo, CPA
Mr. DiRaddo was an employee of the firm Seligman, Cupersmith, Wilensky and Company, LLP from 2001 to October 2006. In October of 2006, Mr. DiRaddo, along with Mr. Fenster, joined Mr. Seligman and Mr. Tarquini as members of the newly formed firm. Certified in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Mr. DiRaddo is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. DiRaddo has diverse experience with clients in construction, medical practices, real estate, restaurant, retail, and self storage operations. Mr. DiRaddo provides audit, review and compilation services, as well as tax preparation and consultation to the firm’s clients.
Mr. DiRaddo was awarded a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Rowan University in 1994.
Mr. DiRaddo currently serves as the firm’s Coordinator of Continuing Education and is responsible for the firm’s technological needs.
